When my husband and I decided to start a family,

as two healthy individuals with no health conditions or concerns.

We imagined that it wouldn’t take long to conceive. After a while, we realised that we needed to outsource for more help and we decided to take a deep dive into our health and state of mind.

As well as some other changes we made to our lives, we also consulted Emma to help guide us in balancing our hormones.

It was the most consistent we had been in terms of consuming herbs, seamoss as well as other calming practices. When we eventually conceived we continued to use Emma’s guidance throughout the pregnancy and managed to go through pregnancy very smoothly with very minimal symptoms.

Safe to say we continued on with Emma during the post partum period again to help balance hormones and to aid in a smooth transition from birth to motherhood, improving recovery and preventing post partum depression.
